These times are unprecedented and therefore the tools and methods we use now are also unprecedented. We are finding our way. So while we can draw from our knowledge of the past, the way that we work will be new. That is what’s happening with my work and in my sessions with others.
The Innerprize Session is where you experience my evolving toolset; the toolset of the times.
My formal training and certifications have put proven tools in my toolbox that provide excellent results for clients. As I’ve continually used these tools over the years, something more began to happen. My senses deepened and expanded, and new tools & techniques began to emerge organically. What showed up seemed to be exactly what was needed to address a client’s issue. Just in time.
I love these updates because they keep my toolset fresh, and seem to keep pace with the latest challenges presented in our world.

What happens during an Innerprize session?
In this session I act as part of a communication network that interacts with the clients’ energetic self. The session begins with a process where our systems establish the session relationship, and the agreed to partnership for the session.
This allows the state of the client to be read, and the field intelligence begins to provide a sequence of energetics to take the client from a current state to a desired state. These energetics are aligned with the session intention and includes only what is safe and appropriate for the client at that time.
This can feel like a treatment to dissolve a barrier to receiving a benevolent energy or a gentle harmonizing of your frequency with the incoming energies. This preparation can be followed by a series of frequencies and/or a combination of frequencies applied to your system at different layers and geometric angles.
After a session, clients have reported feeling calmer, renewed, rejuvenated, like a load has been lifted. They report having the best sleep they’ve had in a while, being able to resume productivity and forward movement. Some say they feel like a different person.
